Jeju National University, December 6, 2023 – Elena Smirnova, a Master’s student under the guidance of Professor Min TaeSun and Dr. Karthikeyan Adhimoolam, successfully defended her thesis titled “Assessment of Curcumin’s Potential in Suppressing Ovarian Cancer: An In vitro Study” at Jeju National University. The defense featured Ms. Smirnova presenting her research findings to a committee led by Professor Do KyoungTag, with Professor Park JongEun and Professor Min TaeSun serving as committee members.
Throughout the defense, Ms. Smirnova not only presented her research but also skillfully addressed questions from the committee members, leading to a successful outcome. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to Professor Min TaeSun and Dr. Karthikeyan Adhimoolam for their guidance and support, as well as to the committee members for their valuable insights.
